Vyasa Puja 2013. It’s celebreting the birth of the Saintly Man that brought the universal knowledge of the Veda in the west, during the 60’s.

It’s a good occasion to cook a lot for this day.

Bananes plantains, aubergines, patates douces avec des épices, du sel et de l’huile au four. Fondant et délicieux

            - Broad bean with carrots, cumin, pepper and mint.

Fèves avec carottes, cumin, poivre et menthe.
